According to the Coventry Telegraph, Steven Pressley could give a contract to midfielder David Prutton.
The 32 year old is now a free agent after being released by Sheffield Wednesday and was loaned the Sky Blues for the latter part of the season just gone.
Prutton is the only one of those who have been on loan at City that the Sky Blues have any interest in and will not be persuing Nathan Delfouneso, Dylan McGeouch or Anton Robinson.
