Tickets for the night which will see eight races cost £5 and are available from the ticket office and Isle Of Capri reception.
Banger Walsh, Chairman of Hall's Testimonial Committee told the club website: "We have a range of activities planned for the next few months but wanted to start at the Ricoh Arena with an event which would appeal to City supporters.
"It should be a really good night and several of the first team have promised to come to meet supporters."
