Ranson Not Part Of Newcastle Bid

According to the News Of The World, Coventry City Chairman Ray Ranson is not part of a £60m bid to buy Newcastle United with Freddie Shepherd.

The paper says that sources close to Shepherd have said that he has not teamed up with Ray Ranson.



Current owner Mike Ashley is still looking to sell the club.
