"Its brilliant playing First Division football. I'm with one of the biggest clubs in this division and I'm hoping to impress," Partridge told the club's official website.
"I came on against Millwall and I didn't know what to expect but I'm really enjoying playing.
"It's great getting the ball and running at defenders - it's what I thrive on but it's not only about that it's about doing your bit for the team.
"Before I left, Gerard Houllier told me to keep in touch - he was great about the move, he knows I need the experience of first team football," he continued.
"I'm hoping that my time here will help to push on to the next level.
"When I found out Gary was interested in bringing me to Coventry I grabbed the opportunity with both hands.
"I'm here for a month initially but hopefully that may get extended."
