Sam Ricketts has said that he has faith in Coventry City manager Tony Mowbray bringing in the right players for the club.
Cash restraints have had an effect on the money Mowbray could offer to prospective players and the City boss has not been able to bring in the players he would have liked.
However, RIcketts has faith that the City boss will be able to succeed in strengthening the squad and told Laura Hunter: “We won’t be the only club in this position, there are a lot of clubs who will still be looking to sign and strengthen.
''The team will continue to evolve and it’s the manager’s job to try and recruit the right personnel. I’ve got faith in the manager, he’s got enough experience not to ‘panic buy’ and to know you are far better off waiting a week or two for the right players.”
