The Ricoh Arena management company has been sold in principle to London Wasps Rugby Club, it is understood.
Talks had been going on since yesterday and it is understood that a deal has been agreed between the Rugby Club who have been playing at Wycombe and are looking for a new home and Coventry City Council.
