Coventry City manager Chris Coleman remains committed to sorting out the right back situation.
With Stephen Wright out for up to another six weeks with an Achilies injury, Isaac Osbourne is currently covering the right back role which has also been used by Aron Gunnarsson and Marcus Hall.
Said Coleman: "Isaac (Osbourne) is still very young in a young back four and so we probably will still look for a loan signing because it is not fair for him to play eight games at right-back when it is not his strongest position."
As we reported on Sunday,City have spoken to Stephen Carr about a short term deal. However, they face competition from German giants Bayern Munich and Bayer Leverkusen, who both may offer more money than cost cutting City have in their budget.
