Speaking to the Huddersfield Examiner, Lee Clark, who is a good friend of City boss Chris Coleman said: "Robbie is looking forward to playing against his old friends and he wants to do well.
"He doesn't have a point to prove to Coventry because when I spoke to Chris Coleman about him, he was always very complimentary about Robbie's ability.
"The way things worked out down there, though, Robbie was never really played in what he considers - and what I consider - to be his best position.
"That's as a central striker and, while Robbie is working like the rest of the squad on improving bits and pieces of his game, I have absolutely no doubt he will contribute his share of goals this season.
"He sets high standards for himself, he's a good finisher and I've been pleased with what I've seen from him since he came to the club."
