Coventry City manager Mark Robins says that he has a player lined up ready to come in.
Robins has already taken Josh Barrett on loan from Reading and is looking to bring in another player on loan.
“We have someone lined up and that’s all being done.
“Regardless of who’s coming in we have to look at the Port Vale game and reflect on things because you can look at Lincoln in third place now and that could have been us, should have been us.
“I don’t think we played well enough to get the three points but we have to capitalise on these moments because you don’t get too many of them. They don’t keep coming round.
“We have got to get back on it and drive the results home as much as we possibly can.
“The game changes at this time of year because at this time everyone is fighting for different reasons, to either go up or get in the play-offs, or to stay in the division and it becomes desperate and the football becomes more difficult.
“We have to be brave and keep playing our stuff, whether it’s home or away, because when we play to our best we are a real handful for any opponent.
“But I can’t help but reflect on the fact that we have lost really key and important players. Hopefully with new players coming in it should give us a bit of a lift.”
