Coventry City manager Mark Robins is hoping that Duckens Nazon will work harder in training,
Nazon scored for City in the 2-0 win over Carlisle United on Tuesday night at the Ricoh Arena before limping off with cramp.
Speaking about him, Mark Robins told the Press Association: "He has got some real ability and we can use that in the team.
"He is talented and we just need more from him. He needs to work harder in training.
"I am looking for more from him. He can finish like he did tonight. The run was great and the finish was superb.
"That goal might just give him a kick in the right direction in terms of his work rate. His team-mates will have appreciated that goal.
"We will look at his work off the ball and try and help him to help us in that sense.
"Without the ball we have got to be better in front areas. At the back we are working as hard as we can.
"This was a very good win tonight against a team who were in the play-offs last season. We had to win the battle in the first half and were much better in the second half."
Carlisle boss Keith Curle said: "We had the best chance of the half through Jamie Devitt, which he did not take. When he starts scoring goals we will start to win a lot of games.
"It was a tight first half and there was nothing in the game.
"There was not enough in the second half or enough forward threats and there are lessons to be learned.
"The only way you can turn this around is by having the right attitude and application to work and there is a desire to turn this around and that will be done by working hard not punishing.
"This is a work in progress and this is a challenge that we have to face head on.
"There are little things that we are learning about individuals, in terms of reliability and consistency.
"We are learning what we all need to do in terms of individual job roles and collectively."
