Coventry City manager Mark Robins has said that his side did well against a team of real quality on Tuesday night in Spain.
Speaking about the 3-2 loss to French Ligue 2 side Valenciennes, Robins told Billie Marshall: ''We had a brilliant day in terms of preperation, we've come up against a Championship side in France and you can't replicate that.
"They had some real quality and we aren't going to come up against that often, but it was a good excercise to try and keep the ball and get into our shape.
"After training this morning, which we worked really hard in, it's been a very good day for us. To come out with two goals and almost dominate the second half after they kept the ball very well in the first was pleasing.''
