Robins; We Deserve Credit

Barnsley boss Mark Robins felt that his side deserved a lot of credit after beating Coventry City 2-1 this afternoon at Oakwell.

Speaking to the Barnsley official club website after the game, Robins said:

'We know we never get anything against Coventry and we have that rammed down our throats every time so it is nice to put that to bed at the start of a new year.

"The most important thing was the points. We came through it today and competed against their style of play. We deserve a lot of credit for that."
