Danny Seaborne was delighted to have scored the winner for Coventry City but felt that the main thing was the three points.
Seaborne told BBC Coventry & Warwickshire's Geoff Foster after scoring a 65th minute winner for the Sky Blues against Stevenage: "Hopefully this will be the first of many but the big thing was get the three points.
"The manager has said that we have to win ugly and we did that tonight.
"We have a big game on Saturday and if we need to play ugly again then I am sure we will.
"I am sure that Callum Wilson who worked his socks off tonight will score a couple to make up for his penalty miss. All the players did well and Murphy's save was brilliant and got us out of a hole which he has done all season.
"But it means nothing, if we don't take those things into Saturday's game."
