Coventry City’s ticketing manager Dan Walker has admitted that City season tickets are increasing but said the price was not going up in all zones.
Speaking at the club’s weekly press conference, Mr Walker said to Sky Blue Player: "There isn't an increase in all the zones but the increases are in line with inflation. “Premium Zone prices have actually been reduced slightly.
"We did a lot of research in terms of prices in different divisions, what similar teams have done etc and our prices sit very competitively with similar teams.
"We want to do as much as we can to encourage people to come and support us as possible.
"June 9 is the Early Bird deadline and gives people a chance to make an informed post-season decision."
Standard Zone season tickets at Early Bird prices are priced at £299 for adults, £207 concessions, £138 junior, £92 JSB and JSB's U7 £46.
Premier Zone season tickets at Early Bird prices are priced at £345 adults, £253 concessions, £184 junior, £115 JSB and JSB U'7s £69.
Full prices and a new club brochure will be available from Saturday.
