Oldham Ahletic have appointed John Sheridan as their new manager.
Sheridan has returned for yet another spell at Boundary Park after leaving his job as manager of Newport County, who said in a press statement that they were "disappointed with the way that Oldham Athletic have conducted themselves during this process and are considering our position."
Sheridan's first game will be against Bradford City on Saturday.
