The telecommunications company which sponsors the East Stand at the Arena have offered £3.72 per Virgin share for the deal.
The company have decided that this new company which will offer cable TV, internet access, fixed line telephone and mobile phone services will keep the Virgin name for which Richard Branson will be paid.
