In a week where some Coventry City supporters have suddenly been followed on Twitter by CCFC Stadium, Coventry City's owners SISU have brought in a PR Company to promote plans for the new stadium and the club.
SISU, who were very critical of Coventry City Council using a PR firm, have appointed Portland Communications, who according to the Coventry Telegraph, said: "Will be working with them on the future exciting plans for a new stadium and the club."
Portland claim on their website that they "spot regulatory threats and advise how to defuse them," whilst "protecting and promoting our clients’ reputations through distinctive and compelling campaigns, working with our clients to shape the policy environment to help them succeed and helping organisations, business leaders and high-profile individuals tell their story clearly and successfully."
