According to the Coventry Telegraph's Simon Gilbert, SISU's counter-claim against the Alan Higgs Charity has been thrown out by the judge in the Court case in Birmingham.
SISU had lodged a £290k counter-clam against the charity who were taking them to court for £29k following the break down of talks regarding selling the Ricoh Arena.
it was heard in court that this counter claim "includes fees for advisors such as Tim Fisher and Paul Barber of Avro."
Mr Gilbert has also reported: "At the hearing in Birmingham, Mr Justice Leggatt decided there was no implied term of "good faith" in the negotiations between the Higgs Charity and Sisu over the sale. and "Court will hear evidence for Higgs' £29k costs claim over next 2 days."
