Coventry City's owners Sisu will not have to pay the Alan Edward Higgs Charity the £29,000 they were claiming.
At the High Court in Birmingham, Mr Justice Leggatt decided that the talks of the Ricoh Arena did not break down due to any reason which entitle the Higgs Charity to claim their costs.
