The SISU Out campaign group have said that their protest at Coventry City's 3-0 defeat to Swindon Town was a success.
The group has issued the following statement on its Facebook page.
"Wow there's actually a hand full of sad people that are buzzing at giving us stick tonight saying what a shit protest when 90% of them were not even in the ground. Unbelievable that you even have the cheek to pop up and have a go.
"We are a very small group of fans that had more of an effect then most and had national and local news teams and media in place to cover the protest.
"And the ones that say this wasn't a success didn't even turn up ! This was a success , we knew there was only 5000 , so we don't understand the point ????
"What do you expect us to do pay for 32,000 people to get in ?
"We done everything anyone could do and distributed 4,500 'go' signs aswell as put sisu in the spotlight and spend our own time an money ,yet there's still a very small hand full of fans trying to take the piss out of us for standing up and being counted !
"Give yourselfs a big pat on the back."
