The Royal Court Of Justice in London today heard that Sisu would be willing to have a fity per cent share of the Ricoh Arena with Wasps.
The appeal hearing which was attended by Sisu boss Joy Seppala, also heard that mediation had been tried and not solved anything and that the companies which own and run Coventry City FC, feeling that Wasps had bought the Ricoh Arena too cheaply in 2014 and should pay Coventry City Council £27m, which will be claimed via a civil law case, as well as compensation Sky Blue Sports & Leisure, Otium Entertainment Group and the Arvo Master Trust which has a debenture on the income of the Sky Blues.
It was heard that Sisu made an offer to buy the Ricoh Arena but it was rejected the same day and Sisu claiming "a deliberate marketing campaign conducted by a local council" was made against them.
The case continues tomorrow.
