Ken Dulieu had admitted that SISU would like to share the responsibilty of owning Coventry City FC.
Speaking to the CT after announcing his decision to stand down as Chairman Mr Dulieu said: "Certainly the impression I got from talking to Onye Igwe is that they don't want to sell out entirely but they would like the burden shared a bit more.
"They would love other investors to come in and part of my job was to look for investors but it is almost impossible to find investors in a business that is hemorraging £7m-£10m a year and you don't own your own stadium and your asset base is practically zero."
