Sky Blue Sports & Leisure In Shareholder Hunt

Sky Blue Sports and Leisure Ltd are trying to track shareholders for whom they have no forwarding address. Mr Ranson's partners SISU Equity need a further 6,7% (3,744) of shares to take them past the 90% mark and ensure that the takeover of Coventry City Holdings Ltd goes through.
A list of shareholders who have twenty or more shares and whom there has been no contact with for the last five years was published in the CT today, asking for those who have legal responsibility for those shares to come forward and contact the club.
Hannover Square in London based SBSL,which was set up by SISU Equity to deal with the bid for the Sky Blues, announced on Monday that their offer had been extended until April 11th.
