Sky Blues To Fight Any Points Deduction

Coventry City are rumoured to be willing to contest any points deduction from the Football League after a subsiduary company was placed into administration tonight.

Ten points would normally be deducted from clubs going into administration before the last Thursday in March.

However, rumours say that that the club would appeal any points deduction sanctioned by the Football League as the company SISU placed in administration tonight is a non operating property subsiduary and not the the main Coventry City Football Club (Holdings) Ltd which continues to trade as normal.
