Coventry City have signed Denzel Slager subject to international clearance.
The twenty year old striker joins from RKC Waalwijk and has agreed an eighteen month deal.
There is no fee involved for signing him but it is understood that the Dutch top flight club will receive a percentage of any transfer fee if he is sold on.
City are now waiting to hear if the Utrecht born Curaçao U20's international will be eligible to feature in tomorrow's FA Cup tie at Barnsley.
