More than half the turnstiles used for the Plymouth home game were controlled by the new Smart Card system, with some observations made that those who experienced problems with access were those with paper tickets and not the season ticket cards.

To further assist the turnstile entry the club are looking at a further investment of lights at each turnstile to better notify supporters that the system has read their card/ticket and they can progress though into the concourse.

The introduction of the flexicard will lead to the away record scheme being used, as it will help to track the away support for preference games such as cup games. The club advised that the one-off cost of £8 for the card covered the costs involved in the production of this, and was favourable to the £15 that is typically charged at other clubs with similar systems to the one at CCFC.
