Coventry's highest placed non-league team - Coventry Sphinx have announced their opening five league and cup fixtures.
Sphinx start their Midland Alliance, one division about the likes of Coventry Copsewood and Alvis and three above Coventry United, season with a home game against Causeway United on Saturday August 3rd, this is followed by a trip to Boldmere St Michaels on Tuesday August 6th and a game at Rocester on Saturday August 10th.
On Monday August 12, Sphinx are home to Walsall Wood in a league fixture before travelling to Bewdley Town on August 17th for an FA Cup Extra Preliminary Round tie.
