Stand Gets A New Sponsor

The East Stand has a new sponsor. With NTL pulling out of their sponsorship deal at the start of the season, Arena bosses looked for a new sponsor and have signed Tesco's up to a five year deal.

The supermarket whose store at Arena Park has been doing great business since it opened will be donating fruit to help teach visiting school children about healty eating.

Tesco Extra store manager Ken Wylie said: "We are absolutely thrilled to be working with our prestigious neighbours. "The sponsorship deal demonstrates the long term committment by the Tescos stores in Coventry to the people who live here and in the surrounding areas."
