After a successful first season the Strachan Football Foundation are now taking applications for the 2012/13 season.
The Strachan Football Foundation has a wealth of experience within it’s coaching staff, Head Of Football and former Coventry City Academy Boss George Mackie has the UEFA Pro Licence and experience of playing , coaching and scouting within professional football.
Former Coventry City defender Gary Breen the former Republic of Ireland International is also on the coaching staff of the Strachan Football Foundation. Gary’s experience of professional football at the highest level demonstrates the professionalism, dedication and attitude required to play within professional football.
We have a number of opportunities from Sports and Sports Coaching Foundation Learning Level 1 Programme to Sports Coaching Apprenticeship at Level 2 and Sports Development Level 3 (from August 2012.)
We would encourage any new school leavers to apply you can be enrolled the day your exams finish and train and study throughout the whole summer months preparation for the coming season.
There is a weekly bursary available to assist with travel expenses to our Rugby based training ground.
