The knee injury to former Coventry City youngster Danny Sturridge, is, according to The People's Neil Moxley proving a concern to new Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp.
Sturridge picked up a knock on his knee before Liverpool's game at Tottenham last week and will not be involved in today's game against Southampton.as the swelling on his knee has not subsided.
There are concerns that this might be something more serious and Klopp said that he did not know when asked about Sturridge's state of fitness and the England international may need, according to the paper, further recuperation before the full extent of his injury can be confirmed.
