Chelsea will learn how much they will have to pay Manchester City for Daniel Sturridge at a Premier League tribunal today.
Sturridge left Manchester City for Chelsea last summer following his rejection of anew contract. Chelsea had offered £3m for the striker, but Manchester City had demanded £10m.
Sturridge was at Coventry City from 2002 until 2003 as a 13 year old at the academy before moving to Manchester City and because of this, Coventry City are entitled to a percentage of the fee decided by the tribunal.
He joined Manchester City aged 13 from Coventry in 2003 for a reported fee of £30,000 with the possibility of the fee rising to £200,000.
