Former Coventry City Chairman Geoffrey Robinson has said that there must be someone who wants to buy the Sky Blues.
Speaking to Clive Eakin of BBC Coventry & Warwickshire, the MP hit out at Coventry City Council and The Higgs Charity.
He accused both of them of looking after their own interests, not having much regard for the club and claiming that the Council had an option to back the Manhatten Group who wanted to buy the club but the Americans couldn't work with the Council.
Speaking about SISU, Mr Robisnon claimed that "Sisu were always the Council's favoured option, but they clearly regret that now." and said: "The club needs a new owner. Surely we can find someone who wants to buy Coventry City Football Club, for God's sake!"
