Swansea City are through to the Championship Play-Off Final at Wembley on May 30th.
Swansea beat Nottingham Forest 3-1 tonight in the second leg of the play-offs.
Swansea took a two goal lead through Leon Britton and Stephen Dobbie in the first half. Robbie Earnshaw pulled one back for Forest in the 80th minute but in the third minute of stoppage time Pratley, inside his own half lobbed Lee Camp to give Swansea a 3-1 win.
