Coventry City manager Aidy Boothroyd was today speaking about the visit of Swansea City to the Ricoh Arena.
Speaking about the game this coming Tuesday, Boothroyd told Sky Blue Player at the club's weekly press conference: "Kenny Jackett did a wonderful job going back a few years but Roberto came in. They did not get results but over time, they stuck with it and after five years with Roberto they were promoted and got eighth place in the Championship.
"He moved on. Paolo, a very similar sort of coach as him came in and probably toughened them up a bit more defensively but could not get enough points and now Brendan has come in and recognised they need a bit more pace in the team and they have gone over-board in that respect.
"That to me is good management and then it is about making sure like everyone else he keeps them all fit.
"We know it is going to be a tough game and to be perfectly honest, I can't think of any easy games in the Championship."
