Swanson Glad To Be Nearly Back

Coventry City midfielder Danny Swanson has said that he is glad to be back playing again.

Swanson had been out with a knee injury but played for seventy minutes of the U21's defeat at Huddersfield Town.

Speaking to Matt Joyce, Swanson said: "It’s good to be on the road back.

“I’ve had the injury before but when I had it previously in my career I had been out for longer.

“I can’t praise the physio team enough, they’ve really helped me get back to fitness and I’m dieing to get back.

"It feels like ages ago since I played with the first-team – we need all the bodies we can back so I’m pleased to be almost there.”
