Coventry City have signed David Bell from Norwich City.
Earlier moves to unsettle the former Luton Town winger appear to have worked and Chris Coleman has signed Bell, whom he has been tracking for over eight months on a three and a half year deal for an undisclosed fee.
Norwich boss Bryn Gunn told Evening News 24: "David hasn't had the opportunity to show us his quality on his preferred side of the pitch.
"He approached me last week and asked about the situation, saying he wanted to move back closer to home with his young family.
"When Coventry made their offer, David was clear he wanted to go. "David has been very professional and we wish him well in his future career."
Bell made nineteen appearances for Norwich City scoring one goal.He has also played for Leicester City, Rushden & Diamonds and the Republic Of Ireland U21.
He goes straight into the squad to face Derby County tomorrow.
