Coventry City manager Tony Mowbray paid tribute to the City support after the 2-0 win against Wigan Athletic.
Mowbray told the Coventry Telegraph's Alan Poole about the City support who turned up in numbers and backed the team all game. “What I really want to say is that I thought the supporters were amazing.
“Sitting in the dugout and looking across at a bank of people in blue and white cheering on their team was an amazing feeling and great for the atmosphere, inspirational for the players. Fortunately the people with their boots on managed to send them home happy.”
