Coventry City today have announced that they are ending away season tickets.
Away season tickets have been available for the last fifteen or so years, allowing home season ticket holding supporters who go to every away game, the chance to have their tickets sent to them with the money automatically deducted from their bank accounts.
Like most things Coventry City, the take up was never massive, however, it was a useful service for those who had away season tickets.
The club are citing GDPR as the problem with the club no longer able to store a supporter's payment details.
Thanks go to Shelagh Brock and the ticket office staff who have ensured that this scheme worked well over the years.
