For caretaker Chelsea manager Guus Hiddink, Saturday's FA Cup tie against Coventry City at the Ricoh Arena will be his first ever FA Cup but he is well aware of the importance of the competiton.
The 62 year old Russian watched Chelsea's 3-1 win at Watford in the last round and took over two days later. Although, he may not have the FA Cup pedigree of his assistant Ray Wilkins who has been to the Final as a player and coach, Hiddink is well aware of the importance of the competition.
Speaking to Chelsea's official club website, Hiddink said: "'It is very important in this country to be there in May and it is not only here but worldwide. "When I was in other countries, people were talking about the Premier League but also the FA Cup, which is very important for us as well.
"I have got memories of the last game against Watford which I was a spectator at and if we can go on like that then it will be good."
Chelsea are taking no chances with their pre-match preparation bringing their own chef and security staff to Coventry for an over-night stay before the game and an early morning warm up before they drive to the Ricoh Arena.
