Coventry City manager Andy Thorn said that his targets do want to join the Sky Blues.
Speaking to Sky Blue Player, Thorn said: "I have been told I can restructure at the club which I knew needed to be done and I know of players who want to come to the club.
"The players that I want at this club want to come here which is good and important. Of course we are under a transfer embargo at the minute, but as soon as we come out of that, we can restructure and get bodies in.
"First and foremost, I want to finish the season well and to give our fans something to cheer about as it has been really difficult for them. "We certainly are not on holiday and we will be giving it our all as it is important to put in a good performance to set us up in the right frame of mind for the summer and beyond.
"I have been able to put plans in place for next season and I know where we have fallen short this season so we have to look to rectify those areas.
"Like I say, when the embargo is lifted, we will be able to go down those routes."
