Coventry City Captain Carl Baker has said that there are no better fans than Coventry City supporters.
Writing in his column for Sunday's matchday programme, Baker wrote: “We totally understand that and if supporters come along to away matches or come here to Sixfields and are extremely grateful for your backing. When they are behind you, there are no better fans in the country than the Coventry supporters.
“I also have friends who have been supporting the club for 20 years and they have told me they just cannot come to home matches outside of the city. I have total respect for that because I think all of our fans have the right to make up their own mind about whether they come or not."
