Jay Tabb can sign a contract at Coventry City if he wishes to do so.
The midfielder is out of contract in the summer and is now eligible to talk to any clubs who may be interested in him, but City boss Chris Coleman has said that there is a contract for him if he wants it.
"I have had no contact from anyone about Jay Tabb," said Chris Coleman to the CT. "He's out of contract so he's in the driving seat. He knows what we think of him but he misses London where all his family is and his options are open and he is free to speak to people.
"He knows how much we want to keep him and he knows there is a contract on the table for him if he wants to sign so it is up to Jay to decide what he wants to do.
"If he decides he wants to leave, as long as he does his best but I think it is impossible for Tabbsy to give anything less than his best when he is on the pitch. I am hoping we have got him for next year but the ball is in his court."
