Coventry City manager Chris Coleman has praised the team spirit in the City camp.
Although the weather this week has meant training at the Ricoh Arena, the City manager has been pleased with the spirit shown by his players.
Speaking to the CT, Coleman said: "The most important thing is that there has been great spirit in the squad for a while and we've got to keep on doing what we;ve been doing.
"I'm now in the position when I know that in two or three positions I can rest people without affecting that. The players I bring in might have different attributes but they won't weaken the sides in terms of quality.
"We've been getting results because we've been keeping our shape and producing a good consistency of performances; the defenders, midfielders and attackers have all been doing their jobs and they haven't been trying to tell each other what they're doing wrong.
"We've had that once or twice and you don't get anywhere like that. You set your stall out, do your own job, look after your little unit and if you can help out someone else all the better.
"That's created a good team spirit. We have not got individuals playing for themselves, we've got people ready to have a go for the team. You cannot ask for more than that."
