Conor Thomas has said that Coventry City need to continue to stick their principles.
Thomas told Alan Poole and James Rodger of the Coventry Telegraph at the weekly press conference: "Preston had a gameplan and they stuck to it. They are a tough side. We didn't create much on the day - so we want to be more positive this weekend. As soon as you get a couple of defeats, the wind is taken out of your sails.
"It seems like Reda has been out for ages. We went from unbeaten in seven to not picking up a win in three, so confidence is knocked a bit.
"We need to stick to the principles. I've got full confidence in the manager. He brings in players who fit our ethic and philosophy. He can only give us so much information... it's up to us to go out there and pick up points."
