Coventry City manager Andy Thorn is planning a week away in Devon for his players as part of their pre-season preparations.
Thorn, who like everyone else involved with Coventry City is working under the mantra of "Carry On Until You Are Told Different", told the CT's Andy Turner: "I'd like to take the lads away, to get away from it all and really get stuck into pre-season training.
"We're looking at Devon and it certainly won't be a holiday camp. "I want to put the players through their paces with a really intensive training camp so that they are bang on course for when we start the warm up matches.
"They need to be fitter than ever for the challenge ahead and there will be no cutting corners.
"We want players totally focussed and fighting fit."
City's pre-season schedule - Hinckley away (July 14), Nuneaton away (July 21), Accrington away (Aug 4), Port Vale away (Aug 7), Bristol Rovers away (Aug 11)
