Coventry City manager Andy Thorn was full of praise for City's younger players for the way they played in the 2-2 draw at Nuneaton Town on Saturday.
Thorn praised Cyrus Christie, Gael Bigirimana, Connor Thomas and Josh Ruffles whilst Arron Phillips caught the eye of many City supporters and said to the CT: "I was particularly pleased with the young boys in the second half. I though they were terrific because they have not played this system and it was really good for Cyrus Christie, Gael Bigirimana, Connor Thomas and Josh Ruffles.
"Cyrus (pictured below) was the only one to do ninety minutes and I left him on because he was silly enough to win the bleep test and we knew he was fit.
"Gael Bigirimana got a lot of talent and we were screaming at him to just play three touches at a time because he was starting to run away with himself a little bit. But he's a fantastic talent and we are trying to build up all the way from the Academy up.
"Conor (pictured above) was another who did well and hit two lovely balls for Roy took his goals terricially well, so they were big plusses to come out of the afternoon."
