Coventry City manager Andy Thorn was full of praise for his two new players who played their part in City’s 3-1 win over Middlesbrough.
Speaking to Sky Blue Player, Thorn said: "It is a really big win for us. We have been playing well of late and I think things just came together for us today.
"A lot of games this season, we haven't had the reward for our efforts but that little bit of quality did us well. We have made a couple of additions and I think that made a massive difference.
"I thought Hermann (Hreidarsson) gave us a lot of experience at the back. When things got a little bit nervy after they scored, he was able to calm things down.
"Alex (Nimely) was pretty unknown when I brought him in but I knew what he could do. He will give us a different dimension like he did today, and if he keeps putting in those performances, I will be very happy.
"The fans seem to have already made their minds up about him in the space of 90 minutes which shows how well he did today, and he took his goal really well."
