Coventry City have released Ben Mackey, Tim Partridge and Stephen Munn.

According to the club website, all through had their contracts terminated by mutual consent.

Mackey was the youngest ever player to appear for City's first team when he came on as substitute against Ipswich at Highfield Road in April 2003, but failed to move his career on by failing to score in all of his four (plus 4 sub) reserve team appearances this season but but netted seven times for the Under 18s.

Right back Tim Partridge blotted his copy book by being sent off for the reserves at home to Spurs. His dismissal for raising an arm to an opponent led to a 5-0 defeat. Partridge did not appear again for the reserves until the defeat at home to Chelsea last week. He was however,a regular for the Academy.

Stephen Munn played in the first reserve team friendly at Evesham United but failed to make an impact on the reserve or U18 team this season.
