The Ticket For Schools scheme, originally brought to the club and implemented by Pat Abel, which sees school children from all over Coventry & Warwickshire, attending Coventry City home matches, has been declared a success.
Over 2,000 people have come to game as part of the scheme and City's Ticketing Manager Dan Walker told the Coventry Telegraph: "Tickets For Schools has been a fantastic success for the club.
"This season we nominated six fixtures to be Tickets For Schools matches and they all proved very popular with our schools.
"Over the course of the season that has led to 2,038 people attending matches through the scheme."
Whether the scheme continues next season is currently up for debate and very much dependent on Coventry City still playing in Coventry.
