With the Sky Blues riding high, now is the time that SISU should be investing in Coventry City in order to help them get to the Championship and stay there.
One key area of the club, (although a few quid in the transfer window might not be a bad thing) that needs immediate investment in my opinion is the ticket office.
I think that the ticket office needs one centrally located hub that is for home and away tickets and has to have a decent amount of staff who know what they are doing.
I feel sorry for the staff who currently work at the BPA and club shop who are clearly understaffed and under far too much pressure to serve everyone and anwer the phone as well as quickly as possible.
The ticket office is for many, their only point of contact with the club and if the Sky Blues continue to do well, more and more will want tickets for matches.
If there are enough trained staff to ensure that phones are answered, tickets are sent out promptly and queueing time is kept to a minimum to satisfy increasing demand, then this surely has to be good for SISU, the club and Coventry City supporters.
